一、簡歷不注明應聘崗位名稱
對于每天接收成百上千封簡歷的招聘人員,如果你的簡歷不注明應聘的崗位名稱,可能一下就被淘汰了,誰讓你不明確應聘目標,與人提供方便呢。
二、簡歷與招聘崗位要求明顯不符
有的簡歷呈現出來的工作經驗與應聘崗位差異太大,也是瞬間被淘汰的對象。如企業招聘軟件開發人員,簡歷里卻呈現出做銷售或客戶開發的工作經歷。我曾經收到過同時應聘三個崗位的簡歷,基本得出這樣的結論:什么都能干的人,可能什么都干不好。因為這樣的簡歷沒有突出任何方面的'技能或專長,自己對自身的發展不清楚,如無頭的蒼蠅亂撞,這樣的人企業不會感興趣的。當然,對于剛畢業的學生,求職心切,需要企業幫他們來定位,希望多獲得一份機會,可以另當別論,但對于有工作經驗的人,出現這種情況是不應該的。
三、簡歷內容簡單,凸現不了招聘崗位需要的內容
有的簡歷只是程序化地列出接受教育、參加工作的時間段,對涉及到的實質內容則輕描淡寫,讓人無法了解其干過哪些工作,具備什么樣的知識、經驗、技能,這樣的簡歷呈現出來的信息很有限,不會引起招聘人員的注意。除非,應聘的人員實在少,招聘人員會耐著性子,打電話具體詢問一些情況或要求其詳細填寫應聘表,但是對于急于得到工作的求職者,還是自己主動充實簡歷為好,畢竟守株待兔的好事概率太低。
四、簡歷出現錯誤或時間順序混亂情形
簡歷好比求職者的“臉面”,如果出現錯字、時間順序混亂或內容錯誤等情況,無疑會讓人覺得連自己“臉面”都收拾不好的人,工作也好不到哪兒去。所以,簡歷填寫完畢,作為求職者要反復查閱,核對無誤。
五、簡歷呈現出“頻繁跳槽”的經歷
用人單位普遍不喜歡“頻繁跳槽”者,往往因其頻繁更換工作,而將其拒之門外,除非你本人所擁有的技能市場替代性很小。當然,求職者如隱瞞"頻繁跳槽"經歷,造成簡歷不真實,則更是弄巧成拙。
