面試時要不要主動提薪水?
能不能在面試時提一下薪水問題?一般來說,總是勸大家,先不要去講薪水,尤其是剛欲走上職場旅途的“新人”,什么事都沒干,先在那里老三老四地講“自己的價值”,講“根據市場行情自己應該拿多少錢”等等,這很可能引起用人單位的反感:一個眼睛只盯著錢的人是不討人喜歡的。但也有求職者說:“我聽了你的意見了,面試時不談工資。可是有的面試官在面試時非要我說,那如何是好呢?”
所以,在這里說說工資這件事。
為了預防某個面試官逼著你說出你對工資的心理價位時,一般來說,你可以先做兩件事情。第一,你可以從報刊媒體發布的各種職位工資收入市場調查中去了解一下情況。但是,這只能是作為你的參考。記得去年公布的有個調查是這樣說的`:大學生第一年平均收入最低為800元左右,最高為5000元左右。這樣的參考價就很讓人摸不著頭腦。第二,如果你是新手,那你可以事先找師兄師姐打聽一下,他們剛入職時每個月可以拿到多少錢(別忘了問一下稅后還是稅前)。如果你已經有過工作經驗,那更好辦,同行業同職位總能找出幾個親朋好友來,問一下他們也好備著做急需時用(就像前面說的,哪天不幸正好遇見個非讓你說出工資心理價位的面試官)。
當然,你還可做一件事,那就是在面試前,先計算一下,如果公司愿意要你,你需要從這份工作里掙多少錢才能維持你的生活。有時候也會出現這種所謂的“求職者的惡夢”:這份工作你真的很喜歡,但是,他們給出的工資數額遠遠低于你的最低預期,你接受這個工資你將挨餓,那怎么辦?假如說,你明明一個月至少要1500元才能維持生活,可他們最多付你800元。
這時候你可以看出一個問題:你必須預先算出你的最低薪水數來,而這個數額應該能維持你的基本生活。
如何來算這個數目?實事求是很重要。因為每個人每個階段對這個數目的計算是不一樣的。人生也會有個初級階段和中高級階段。而在初級階段,當你只能考慮保證一日三餐的質量時,千萬不要奢望天天坐在STAR吧享受西式早餐。那可以是你的目標也可以是你的未來,但現在也許還不到時候。以一個新人來說,其生活成本最起碼應該包括:住房(房租或是按揭)、水電煤費、一日三餐伙食費、醫療費用、交通費用和娛樂費用等等。把這些費用一一列出應該就是你的最低收入額。凡事都有個低限,如果超出這個低限,這份工作前景即使再好,恐怕對你也是不合適的。
