回答示范： I am not a great public speaker. When speaking in public I feel uncomfortable unless the topic is familiar. So I have to be well prepared before giving a presentation. As a matter of fact, I did lots of preparations for our interview today!

回答示范： As a manager my weakness is being soft-hearted. Though being soft-hearted can be seen as a strength sometimes, it is also a major weakness for a manager does need to take tough measures, including decisions to fire. Compared with other team leaders I am too soft. As a result, my employees seem to be less disciplined, for example, late for a meeting. The good thing is that being soft also has its advantages: my employees never hesitate to communicate with me, which greatly improves work efficiency.

I typed “shit out” instead of “try to” because the two phrases have exactly the same spelling in Chinese. So now I often remind myself: Do it right, Don’t do it over.

外企面試問題回答
1、薪資問題
Q：What are your salary expectations? 你期望的薪資是多少？
遇到這種敏感話題，如果不是很確定對方可以給到的范圍，可以先不急著明確回答。相反的，可以再多了解一下關于公司或應聘崗位的信息，然后再做決定，比如：
A：I still have a few questions about my responsibilities.May I first ask you those questions before we discuss money?
關于工作職責，我還有幾個問題。在談薪水之前，我可以先請教一下您嗎？
2、處理上下級關系
Q：Do you speak up if your point of view differsfrom that of your superiors? 如果和上司的意見不一致，你會提出來嗎？
哇哦，很多面試者碰到這種問題就開始冒冷汗了，回答“會提出”會讓對方覺得你太有主見，不好管理；回答“不提出”會讓對方覺得你唯唯諾諾，沒有自己的想法。這時你可以說會先認真思考上司的觀點是否真的可行，然后委婉提出自己的看法。如：
A：Im not a yes person and I dont refrainfrom expressing my opinions,but Im careful about how to express them. 我不是個唯唯諾諾的人，所以我不會刻意不發表意見，但是我會注意自己的措辭。
I want to make sure I understand their view correctly and how the person came to form that view. 首先我會確認自己是否正確理解了對方的想法，是否了解對方為何會產生這樣的想法。
And if I still believe my opinion can make a contribution,I present it as a suggestion,not as a disagreement or criticism. 之后，如果仍然認為自己的意見能有所貢獻，我會以建議的方式說明，而不是反對或批評別人的意見。
外企面試技巧
一、忌遲到失約遲到和失約是面試中的大忌。這不但會表現出 求職 者沒有時間觀念和責任感，更會令面試官覺得求職者對這份工作沒有熱忱，印象分自然大減。守時不但是美德，更是面試時必須做到的事。因此，應提前10至15分鐘或準時到達。如因有要事遲到或缺席，一定要盡早打電話通知該公司，并預約另一個面試時間。另外，匆匆忙忙到公司，心情還未平靜便要進行面試，自然表現也會大失水準。
二、忌數落別人切勿在面試時當著面試官數落現任或前任雇主和同事的不是。這樣做，不但得不到同情，只會令人覺得你記仇、不念舊情和不懂得與別人相處，反而更會招來面試官的反感。
三、忌說謊邀功面試時說謊，偽造“歷史”，或將不屬于自己的功勞“據為己有”，后果可大可小。即使現在能瞞天過海，也難保謊言將來有被揭穿的一日。因此，面試時應實話實說，雖可揚長避短，卻也不能以謊話代替事實。
四、忌準備不足無論學歷如何高，資歷如何好，工作經驗如何豐富，當面試官發現 求職 者對申請的職位知之不多，甚至連最基本的問題也回答不好，印象分自然大打折扣。面試官不但會覺得求職者準備不足，甚至會認為他們根本無志于在這方面發展。面試前應做好充分的準備工作。
五、忌長篇大論雖說面試是推銷自己的時間，不過，切勿滔滔不絕、喋喋不休，面試官最怕求職者長篇大論，說個沒完沒了。其實，回答問題，只須針對問題重點回答。相反，有些求職者十分害羞，不懂得把握機會表現自己，無論回答什么問題，答案往往只有一兩句，甚至只回答“是、有、好、可以”等，這也是不可取的。如果性格膽小害羞，則應多加練習，以做到談吐自如。
六、忌語氣詞過多使用太多如“呢、啦、吧”等語氣詞或口頭禪會把面試官弄得心煩意亂。語氣詞或口頭禪太多會讓面試管誤以為求職者自信心和準備不足。
七、忌過多談論前任工作不管你的前任工作做得如何，都不要過多談起。一般來說，你只要說明你做過類似的事，有相關經驗即可，不必說工作的成效。如果你做得很好，為什么要離開？如果做得很差，那你個人的能力肯定有問題，總之不管怎么樣說，都可能會招來面試官的反感。
八、忌欠缺目標面試時，千萬不要給面試官留下沒有明確事業目標的印象。雖然一些求職者的其它條件不錯，但無事業目標就會缺少主動性和創造性，給企業帶來損失。面試官倒情愿聘用一個各方面表現雖較遜色，但具有事業目標和熱忱的求職者！
