試論中國古典舞身韻的形、神、勁、律

[摘要]雖然把訓練“身法”與陶冶”神韻”的方法統稱為“身韻”，但進1步去剖析，便可了解它包涵著“形、神、勁、律”4個不可分割的方面。身韻的4個方面與基訓是同根同宗、相輔相成的，高水平的身韻給基訓帶來好的氣質和韻味，而好的基訓給身韻帶來舒展和靈活。中國古典舞要從教學的角度開始建立，在中國古典舞的訓練教學中必須掌握古典舞基本訓練和身韻的實用性，身韻的4個方面在教學訓練中起到10分重要的作用，是古典舞的精髓，存在著不可忽視的價值。
