【摘要】建筑企業之間的競爭已經越來越激烈，這種競爭不僅體現在建筑企業的技術氣力和工程業務上，而且更重要的是體現在建筑企業內部的治理理念和治理水平上，本文提出了建筑企業的治理創新內容、治理創新的工作步驟。
